How to make Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
This is a very simple recipe and there’s really not much to it. Start by cutting the sprouts in half lengthways .
Then add them to a bowl and toss with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
Turn on your Air Fryer to 400˚F and add the Brussels sprouts in a single layer to the basket.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Check them after ten minutes to see if they are cooked enough, every air fryer model is different so some may cook quicker than others.
It’s best if you serve them hot so that they retain those crispy outer leaves. You can reheat them if you need to but they will lose some of that crispiness.
