Broccoli Apple Slaw is a simple fresh coleslaw that you can throw together in about 10 minutes.
The dressing is made from a combination of mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and a little honey, it’s really delicious!
I decided to use a ready cut box of broccoli slaw because it’s already cut thin and it’s easier than trying to grate broccoli stems myself.
How to Make Broccoli Apple Slaw
STEP 1 – Start by prepping the green onions by slicing them, then zest the lemon and grate the peeled apples.
STEP 2 – I used a ready shredded broccoli slaw mix for this recipe, so simply empty that into a large bowl.
STEP 3 – Next, mix together the apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, honey, and salt to create the coleslaw dressing.
STEP 4 – Add the apples, green onions, and lemon zest to the bowl with the slaw mix.
Step 5 – pour over the coleslaw dressing and mix well to combine.
Step 6 – If possible chill for 1 hour before serving, then stir to mix again.
