How to Cook Instant Pot Corn On the Cob
Start by shucking the corn and removing all the silks, and give them a quick rinse in cold water.
Add one cup of water to your Instant Pot, I have a six quart so if yours is bigger you may need more water, check the user manual for minimum water requirements.
Add the trivet that comes with your pressure cooker, and then stack the corn cobs like you see in the photo above.
Lock the Instant pot lid and turn the steam valve to ‘sealing’ and using the manual or pressure cook button adjust it to cook for one minute at High Pressure.
Once it’s cooked you can open the steam valve and then carefully open the lid. Don’t leave it in there too long with the lid on or it may overcook.
