My Keto 7 layer Dip is a deliciously decadent party food that’s colorful, healthy, and popular with any crowd!
It’s low carb as we’ve replaced the usual refried beans with fantastic tasty taco meat instead, which mean this layered dip is keto friendly but still perfect for any family gathering or get together.
This amount makes about enough Mexican layered dip for eight servings and each serving has approximately 4g net carbs per serving.

How to Make Keto 7 Layer Dip
You’ll need a batch of 1lb of cooked taco meat for the this dip, I have my own recipe linked in the recipe card below.
I recommend you use leaner meat as the taco meat is served cold and you don’t want excess fat in this instance.
Choose a large bowl or serving dish that is big enough to accommodate about 8 cups or so, I think it’s pretty if you have a glass bowl so that you can see the layers of your low carb 7 layered dip.
Layer the taco meat first on the bottom of the bowl, then add a layer of guacamole.
Next comes the sour cream, and a cup of thick salsa. It’s worth draining the salsa a little through a sieve so that there’s not excess liquid.
Then, add a layer of shredded iceberg lettuce.
And finally top with shredded Mexican cheese, sliced olives, and chopped cherry tomatoes.
You can serve it with my Keto crackers or celery sticks.

Cook the homemade taco meat as directed in my recipe. It's better to use leaner beef in this instance (90 or 95% lean) as you really don't want excess fat in the meat as the dip is served cold.

Layer the taco meat first on the bottom of the dish.
-
Then layer one cup of sour cream
